We thank you for your interest in joining the IIA Staff. The mission of our camps and retreats is to offer our multicultural families the opportunity to develop new friendships and gain appreciation for their cultural heritage. Our Korean Culture K.A.M.P. Is focused on identity and the Korean American experience. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for our families and staff.

You are required to fill out the application completely. Once your application is reviewed and your references are checked, you will be scheduled for an interview. Keep in mind we have a limited number of positions open for our summer K.A.M.P. Staff. Returning staff are not required to participate in an interview.

It will be up to the Program Director to select staff for our summer program. You must have graduated from high school in 2016 or prior to apply. You must be willing to provide a child with a safe and positive environment. You must be free of any charges or conviction of any offense involving harm or abuse of a child.

Interviews do not guarantee a position on staff. Criminal background checks will be performed on new and returning applicants.
